Jeff recently assisted me in buying a home. He was extremely helpful in searching for places in my budget that had everything I was looking for. Very informative and knowledgeable and was able to explain and walk me through the process. Once I selected a home I wanted, together we came up with a plan to make an offer. The house ended up in an INSANE bidding war with over 15 offers all over asking price (which Jeff was well prepared for). I happened to be out of town the day the seller was accepting offers and Jeff bent over backwards keeping me up to date with the bidding war. We ended up with the winning offer and I got the house I wanted! I attribute this all to Jeff’s knowledge and preparedness and could not be more grateful!
